what are you waiting for?

We draw your attention to our current “BlockBuster Books” table where some fabulous books have been turned into Blockbuster Movies!The books are always better aren’t they? This collection also features The King of Horror’s novel “IT” which is a trailer we’re sure you’ve seen! We also have the Game of Thrones, Vampire Diaries Series and cult favourites like “Eat, Pray, Love” (Hey Julia Roberts!), Forrest Gump and John Grisham’s “The Rainmaker.” And if your’re tired of sticking to the same genre and crave some additional adventure, we have a “Blind Date with a Book” section where you pick a brown paper covered book, it’s revealed to you when you get it stamped and then you take it home with you and you get to experience the book that you might not have ordinarily picked. You might just pick yourself a new favourite! We also have a new batch of children’s books that have recently come in! A few of these new books are: “Horrid Henry”, “The Gruffalo’s Child”, “Monkey’s & Apes”, Laughing Giraffe” and Sophie’s Dance Class” for our Early Readers!

 

Make sure your child is a member so they get all the benefits that the Library has to offer, which will enhance their minds and spirits!
